At ARSA, we do our best to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. As each product is different, delivery times may vary depending on the product type, availability, and specifications. You can find an estimated delivery time on each product page to help you plan ahead.

Our general delivery timeframes are as follows:

Log Cabins & Tiny Houses: 4–8 weeks, depending on dimensions and design

Custom-Made Products & Special Orders: Delivery times are agreed upon individually, depending on your requirements and the production schedule.

Accessories, including Chillers & Pumps: Within 2 working days

Shipping Costs & Delivery

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. Additional shipping charges may apply to deliveries outside these countries, and any applicable costs will be communicated to you in advance.

To ensure careful handling and reliable delivery, we use our own dedicated delivery service. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date at the time of ordering, we will keep you informed and notify you as soon as your delivery has been scheduled.
